Overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, driving sales performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role contributes to business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales team activities, including all marketing initiatives and product activation campaigns.
- Prepare and submit reports to top management such as sales performance reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customer onboarding reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales operations, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and customer service activities.
- Monitor sales performance to ensure customers receive high-quality service and products.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that increase sales, expand markets, and enhance business growth.
- Establish pricing policies in alignment with profitability targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales staff performance to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
- Support line managers in maintaining effective communication with clients and ensuring timely feedback.
- Initiate sales strategies, activities, and plans to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
- Analyze current and future market trends that may impact on the organization’s performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record in meeting sales goals and managing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
