• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of technical sales experience in BMS/building automation/HVAC controls or energy-management solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build customer relationships in the Saudi market.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for BMS, EMS and building automation solutions.
• Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline across the Riyadh market.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, system integrators and end customers.
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities in building automation and energy efficiency.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in Saudi Arabia.
