Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Riyadh is seeking a VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution Lead to advance Capital Sales for MedTech. You will provide clinical, technical, and commercial support across the VELYS portfolio and help drive adoption at customer accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Technical Support, install systems, train staff, and build lasting partnerships while guiding OEM opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, technical, or health‑science discipline.
• Postgraduate studies in Business Administration are considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in a clinical/OR‑facing medical‑device role (sales, clinical applications, surgical tech).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with robotic total knee replacement systems is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy & Capital Sales Support: develop data‑driven programs and initiatives; use market analysis and insights to strengthen strategies; translate analytics into growth and retention.
• Clinical & Procedure Support: act as a clinical/technical expert for the VELYS solution; advise surgeons on procedural techniques and system use; support onboarding of new robotic customers.
• Installation, Implementation & Customer Enablement: coordinate system installations, site-readiness, and training; support post-installation adoption; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Education & Professional Development: facilitate commercial and professional education for customers and internal teams; coach junior colleagues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Technical Support to align objectives; support integration of customers into digital surgery ecosystem.
