Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a DUALTO Capital & Clinical Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will lead end-to-end capital opportunities for the DUALTO Energy System, engaging surgeons, OR leadership, and biomedical teams to drive adoption and commercial success.

You will demonstrate products, negotiate value-based deals, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to guide customers through evaluation, installation and ongoing adoption in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in medical device capital equipment sales.
• Strong capital-selling capability, with experience developing value-based business cases and navigating complex capital purchasing decisions.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and hospital leadership in capital approval processes.
• Experience working with biomedical engineering teams and managing technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of surgical energy science and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DUALTO capital opportunities from account targeting through evaluation, negotiation and conversion.
• Build relationships with Surgeons, OR leadership, Biomedical engineering, and Finance to support capital procurement.
• Lead product, technical and clinical demonstrations to support evaluation and adoption.
• Develop strategic targeting plans with sales teams for hospitals and health systems.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the DUALTO platform and market landscape and communicate insights to marketing and cross-functional partners.
