Job summary

Nutrili seeks aCommercial Executive to drive growth across key partners and venues in Riyadh, leading new business development, account support, order coordination, and in-market activations. This field-based role covers a fast-moving FMCG environment and demands hands-on execution across the city.

You will develop relationships with pharmacies, stockists, and partners, coordinate B2B orders, onboarding new customers, and ensure timely fulfilment in collaboration with finance and operations

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in health, wellness, or consumer brands.
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who works well across teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• FMCG, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Map Riyadh to identify potential pharmacies, stockists, venues, and partners.
• Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships.
• Support new listings through outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Spend regular time in the field visiting prospective and existing partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing pharmacies, B2B and retail partners.
• Support promotions, sampling, and activation initiatives.
• Ensure Nutrili products are well-placed, visible, and correctly merchandised.
• Share field insights on competitor activity, promotions, and POS best practices.
• Support B2B order processing and tracking across internal systems.
• Assist with onboarding new customers, including documentation and line forms.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support account administration.
