Qualifications

• Proven track record in management roles such as City Lead or General Manager
• Experience launching or scaling operations in a new city or market
• Experience managing budgets and delivering against operational/financial targets

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the strategy for Riyadh operations
• Identify local market opportunities, partnerships and customer growth
• Develop initiatives for Riyadh growth and performance
• Oversee day-to-day Riyadh operations: driver supply, service quality, support and local marketing
• Ensure a seamless customer experience aligned with company standards
• Implement and optimize scalable processes to support Riyadh expansion
• Support recruitment with the central HR team
• Build and mentor a high-performing local team
• Establish performance metrics and provide regular feedback
• Develop localized marketing to boost brand awareness and user growth
• Monitor local trends and customer behavior to adapt strategies
• Ensure regulatory compliance and government relations for Riyadh
• Manage Riyadh budget with central finance and report to HQ
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform decisions
