Job summary

Woopel in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage and coordinate all merchandising activities within the city. The role calls for developing strategies to boost sales, collaborating with retailers and suppliers, and implementing promotional programs to drive growth.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of merchandising experience, with strong English skills and Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years merchandising experience.
• Proficient in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Work with retail outlets and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Develop promotional programs with retailers and other partners.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Analyze consumer trends, market conditions, competitor activity, product performance and pricing to maximize sales.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and are accurately recorded.
• Maintain records of inventory and supplier activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
