Destination Hotels in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Event Sales professional to lead business development for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and handover, building strong relationships with corporate clients and planners.

You will collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure flawless event execution, prepare proposals and quotations, and consistently achieve revenue

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Sales, Catering Sales, or Hotel Sales within an international hotel brand.
• Strong understanding of the Riyadh market and hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and event handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for events and catering sales.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event quotations in line with hotel standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and sales activities to promote the hotel.
