Job summary

Al Rajhi First in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy across catering, hospitality, banquets and events. You will drive revenue growth, build and manage a high-performing team, and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and VIPs to secure high-value accounts.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in senior sales leadership within the Saudi market, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the events industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Director of Sales/Head of Sales or senior sales leadership roles.
• Strong background in catering, hospitality, banquets, weddings and events.
• Experience in outside catering is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Riyadh market with an established industry network.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall Sales Business Development strategy.
• Drive revenue growth across Catering, Hospitality, Banquets, and Events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, event organizers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities and high-value accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, contracts and business opportunities.
• Build, manage, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company’s market presence.
• Monitor sales performance pipelines, forecasts, conversion rates and KPIs.
• Work with Operations, Events, F&B and Culinary teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities
