As part of the Hotels team, you will lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, coordinating with clients on room, F&B, and meeting spaces to ensure seamless service and profitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships: serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and profitability.
• Develop targeted sales strategies: analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Manage booking details: coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate entry of account and reservation information in the system.
