Job summary

KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia invites a Reporting Manager to lead all development reporting activities within a major infrastructure programme. You will report to the Project Controls Director and coordinate with PMCs to ensure accurate, timely executive reports and robust baselines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, PMI-PMP or equivalent, and expert use of MS Office and project management software. Fluent English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years post‑graduation experience.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs to compile analytical data for development reporting.
• Validate data accuracy and relevance for IMS and executive reports.
• Produce monthly IMS packs and schedule/cost related reports.
• Monitor progress, risks and mitigations; support audits and forecast recovery actions.
• Lead communication across PMCs, planning, commercial and governance teams.
