Job summary

KBR Careers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Planning Manager to lead scheduling, PMO governance, and programme controls for a major infrastructure project. You will coordinate with PMCs, manage EMS/IMS, and drive digital transformation in planning tools and data integration.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, CPM networks, and cost loading, plus strong leadership and English communication skills. This is a full-time position in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• BSc construction management, engineering, planning, or management.
• Minimum 15 years post-graduation experience.
• PMI-PMP, PMI-CAMP, GRI Professional, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Experience with Primavera P6, CPM networks, and cost loading.
• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to monitor progress and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and implement the EPPM P6 EPS hierarchy per WBS.
• Align planning tools, PMIS (SharePoint), DWH, and reporting platforms.
• Coordinate schedule data integration and validation across systems.
• Support enhancements to planning and reporting tools aligned with digital transformation.
• Manage the EPPM P6 environment including EPS, IMS, and archiving.
• Produce IMS Baseline Package docs and progress reports.
• Ensure IMS covers design approvals, procurement, fit-out and exhibitions.
• Identify inter-project interfaces, dependencies and critical paths.
• Lead monthly Programme Review meetings and change control.
• Monitor schedule performance and propose recovery actions.
