Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to govern the Project Controls policies, procedures and reporting across a major infrastructure programme. The role reports to the Project Controls Director and involves PMIS governance, quarterly governance updates and KPI tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of post-graduate experience in civil/infrastructure projects, PMP/PSP/CCP credentials, and strong skills in Unifier, P6 and Aconex, plus proficient MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, MIS or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of post-graduation experience.
• PMI-PMP, AACE- CCP/PSP, MRICS, CIOB or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of controls and reporting for major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project reporting software: Oracle Unifier, P6, Aconex; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train PMCs on programme policies and systems.
• Maintain and update PMC onboarding and tracking materials.
• Govern and update the Project Controls framework and RACI.
• Review and improve reporting governance documents and templates.
• Manage PMIS BI reporting, dashboards and data entry registers.
