Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project – Construction Director in Riyadh to lead PMO oversight for major civil and infrastructure programs. You will manage delivery governance, reporting formats, and risk and cost controls across pre and post-contract stages, coordinating with PMCs and the client to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• PMI-PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer designation or ICE membership.
• Strong planning, risk reporting and project controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery from PMO level for pre and post-contract award.
• Coordinate with PMCs on cost reporting and budgets.
• Validate progress against baselines schedules and stage gates.
• Produce status reports for timely decision-making and to prevent schedule slippage.
• Support risk management and governance across the portfolio.
