Job summary

KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure programme. You will coordinate with PMCs, manage pre/post contract activity, and provide accurate status reports to prevent schedule slippage and cost overruns.

The role emphasizes developing cost reports, cash flows, and risk analyses, with exposure to FIDIC/NEC contracts and enterprise‑level reporting. Fluent English required; MRICS/CIOB advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying required.
• Minimum 15 years post-gradation experience in major civil & infrastructure projects.
• MRICS or CIOB certification advantageous; strong cost reporting and risk skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs to develop and standardize cost and commercial reporting.
• Monitor construction progress by measuring quantities against plans.
• Prepare and consolidate project cost reports and cashflow forecasts.
• Support Earned Value reporting and change control procedures.
• Prepare cost benchmarks and tender/bid cost analyses.
