Job summary

KBR Careers in Riyadh is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead development reporting, PMO governance, and data analysis across a large infrastructure programme. You will coordinate PMCs, validate data, and drive improvement of reporting tools and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years’ experience, PMI-PMP or equivalent, and strong English communication. Expect rigorous schedule oversight and collaboration with multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years post-graduation experience.
• PMI-PMP, GRI Professional, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and project management software.
• Experience in international contracting including FIDIC.
• Strong planning, resource and cost loading, and risk management knowledge.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify trends, and advise corrective actions.
• Excellent report writing skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs to compile data for development performance reporting.
• Prepare technical and executive reports in alignment with PMO standards.
• Apply PMIS for data collection, interpretation, and traceability.
• Validate accuracy and relevance of data received from PMCs.
• Support enhancements to reporting tools and digital transformation.
• Develop weightage systems for rollups at project, district and programme levels.
• Verify IMS scope coverage and up-to-date change logs.
• Produce monthly IMS packs: progress, KPIs, cashflow, and risk tracking.
• Report on schedule recovery, critical paths, and interfaces.
