The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide PMO services, enterprise – level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight across all projects and programs. **THE ROLE**Reporting to the Programme Director, the Project – Construction Director will be responsible for oversight from the PMO level for both pre and post contract award of projects. The position is responsible for management of a masterplan for oversight of executive commercial, planning, and risk reporting. The Project – Construction Director operates in a matrix PMO organization with direct responsibility for oversight of delivery, while working with function members of commercial, planning and risks departments.
