Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Riyadh is looking for a results-driven telesales specialist to promote our training programs and services. You will conduct outbound calls, follow up leads, and convert prospects into enrolled students, while maintaining excellent client relationships and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in telesales or inside sales.
• Residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Experience in the training/education industry preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s training programs and services.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their training needs and addressing their queries.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and benefits, tailoring the sales approach to individual client requirements.
• Manage clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify potential business opportunities based on client feedback and market requirements.
