Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a driven sales professional in Riyadh to promote training programs and convert leads into enrolments. You will follow up on inquiries, tailor information to client needs, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to record-keeping in CRM.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets in the training/education sector, with transferable iqama preferred and Saudi residency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s training programs and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their training needs and addressing their queries.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and benefits, tailoring the sales approach to individual client requirements.
• Manage clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify potential business opportunities based on client feedback and market requirements.
