Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our training academy team in Saudi Arabia. You will identify and target potential students, build a robust pipeline, and close deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored programs.

You will also manage post-sale relationships, coordinate class logistics, and collaborate with operations to ensure program delivery meets expectations. A bachelor’s degree and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry.
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
• A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their alignment with Student needs.
• Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their training and development requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training academy's programs, showing how they meet the individual’s needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and close sales.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure programs meet student expectations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle class coordination, student queries.
