Job summary

Rentokil Boecker in Jeddah is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to manage customer relationships, support retention, and drive renewals. The role requires coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, strong communication and bilingual English/Arabic, and at least 1 year in customer success or telesales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage contact with customers to strengthen relationships and support retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as part of a multi-functional team.
• Support branches for retention, renewals, and revenue growth via upselling.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within specified timelines.
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvement and reviews of non-revival accounts.
• Analyze data to highlight challenges and share monthly dashboards with insights.
