Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Able to handle diverse and complex problems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual renewal targets.
• Perform courtesy calls and regular checkups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct early risk assessments and evaluate client satisfaction reports.
• Identify opportunities and act as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and expand Rentokil Boecker offerings to existing clients.
