Job summary

Rentokil Boecker in Riyadh is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to manage customer relationships, support retention and renewals, and increase branch revenue through up-selling. Saudi candidates only.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related field is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales or account management, plus strong English/Arabic communication, are required.

At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
Strong communication and telephone selling skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage customer relationships.
Support retention, renewals, and up-selling to increase branch revenue.
Identify and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
Alert Account Management to revive dormant accounts and opportunities.
Prepare monthly dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
