Job summary

Rentokil Boecker in Jeddah is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to manage contact relationships and drive retention. You will work with cross-functional teams and support branches to maintain revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or related field, and at least one year in customer success or telesales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships.
• Support branches for retention, renewals, and revenue growth via up-selling.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within specified timelines.

Job description

The Customer Success Telesales at Rentokil Boecker is responsible for contact management to strengthen the customer relationship which is the key to retention.

The main job duties and responsabilties are:

• The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
• To support the branches for retention, and renewals & increase the branch revenue via price increase & up-selling
• Compliant Management- To identify & resolve the customers’ complaints within the specific timelines
• Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
• To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for improvement
• Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts
• Should be able to analyse data and over the challenging areas to improve month-on-month performance.
• Should be able to share the monthly dashboard with the analysis and recommendations
• Has to be a Saudi Candidate
