Job summary

Rentokil Boecker is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to manage customer contact and strengthen relationships for retention.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to support branches, drive renewals and up-sell, handle complaints, and analyze data to improve performance. Saudi nationals preferred; a bachelor's degree is preferred; English and Arabic proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-functional team.
• Support branches to retain clients, and drive renewals & up-selling.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within specified timelines.
• Alert Account Management to revive dormant accounts.
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts.
• Analyze data to improve month-on-month performance.
• Share the monthly dashboard with analysis and recommendations.
