Qualifications

• Arabic nationality required.
• Saudi residency (Iqama) mandatory.
• 3–7 years of relevant Restaurant Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams for alignment.
• Control costs including labor, food, and waste within budget.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support staff training.
