Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including food preparation, service, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
• Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they uphold our standards of quality and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction.
• Create weekly work schedules for employees, taking into account business needs and staff availability.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and making adjustments as needed.
