Job summary

Apex Operations in Abha, Saudi Arabia, seeks experienced freelance Restaurant Managers/Consultants to provide professional consultation and operational support to restaurants and cafés across Saudi Arabia in a project-based capacity.

Role offers flexible freelance projects with on-site and remote options within KSA, and long-term collaboration for high performers. Arabic fluency and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager or F&B Consultant.
• Strong experience in restaurants and cafés operations, staff management and training, cost control and KPIs.
• Fluent in Arabic with very good English.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational consultation for restaurants and cafés.
• Analyze restaurant performance (operations, staff, costs, service quality).
• Improve restaurant workflows, SOPs, and daily operations.
• Support menu engineering, cost control, and food cost optimization.
• Advise on staff management, training, and performance improvement.
• Assist in restaurant setup, restructuring, or operational turnaround.
• Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations for clients.
