Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on medical billing across the full revenue cycle (charge entry, submission, posting, denials, appeals, A/R).
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements and EOB interpretation.
• Ability to explain billing workflows and assess candidate responses.
• Confident conducting live screening calls and evaluating technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and RCM candidates.
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for billing experience and EMR usage.
• Assess candidate readiness using role-specific skills assessments.
• Provide evidence-based written evaluations of candidates' strengths and risks.
• Match candidates to partner needs based on workflows and technology.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding handoffs; support replacements when needed.
• Improve recruitment quality with refined assessments and scoring standards.
• Communicate hiring trends and insights to leadership.
