Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience with end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, functions, or seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATS; ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches from intake to placement.
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements, timelines and success profiles.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle assignments for fractional engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Review applications, identify qualified prospects, and develop strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct structured screenings and interviews against agreed criteria and present evidence-based summaries.
• Serve as primary delivery contact, maintaining schedules and progress updates for clients.
