The role requires strong English, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and experience using modern ATS tools. You will engage with executives and manage multiple vacancies proactively.

Qualifications

• Proven direct hiring experience across Saudi Arabia.
• Experience recruiting Sales in a software/tech vendor.
• Proficient with AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and related functions.
• Build and nurture pipelines of talent for current and upcoming roles.
• Partner with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business goals.
• Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, referrals and search.
• Coordinate CV, interview and offer feedback with managers and candidates.
