Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Recruitment Lead based in Saudi Arabia to guide a team of Recruitment Specialists in a fully remote, international environment. You will own pipelines, coach recruiters, and drive high standards in candidate assessments, client communication, and hiring outcomes.

You will work with founders, oversee performance metrics, and coordinate handovers while growing into a Recruitment Manager as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or high-growth environment.
• Leadership/mentoring recruiters is advantageous; ready to progress into leadership.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear evaluation decisions.
• Ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication including written updates and calls.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions (marketing, sales, creative, operations).
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines.
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Observe and coach screening interviews to improve evaluation techniques.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard (sourcing, interviews, deadlines, placements).
• Monitor active pipelines, identify delays, and intervene to keep searches progressing.
• Provide clients with weekly written updates on open positions up to offer.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after an offer is signed.
• Manage one or two searches end-to-end.
• Allocate new searches across the team based on capacity and role requirements.
• Train new recruiters and refine standard operating procedures.
• Identify performance concerns and take appropriate action.
• Track KPIs (90-day retention, submission timelines, follow-ups, client updates).
• Follow a 30/60/90-day onboarding plan toward team ownership.
