Job summary

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Riyadh to support screening, credentialing, logistics coordination and data management.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate overseas hires, maintain ATS records, and help ensure compliant, efficient hiring across local and international pipelines in a fast-moving clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience with HR or recruitment data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and credential candidates for recruitment.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for hires.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and HRIS.
• Support onboarding and data accuracy across systems.
• Monitor onboarding progress and documentation.
