Job summary

Immersive Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join the Customer Success team in Saudi Arabia, covering the METNA region.

You will be the trusted value champion from pre-sale to post-sale, partnering with the Enterprise Sales team to secure technical wins and drive platform adoption. You will work with C-level executives and security professionals, conducting POVs, building cyber skills programs, and guiding customers toward mature cyber resilience using the Immersive One

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security or solution consulting, including pre-sales experience.
• Extensive client-facing experience with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong IT fundamentals across hardware/software, networking, and security.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools, and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define customers' technical requirements and use-cases to map Immersive Lab’s value.
• Engage executives and security professionals through demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.
• Advise on security programs, crisis simulations, and measuring risk for clients.
• Partner with customers to achieve business and cybersecurity outcomes.
• Drive cyber workforce resilience through programmatic platform adoption and lifecycle engagement.
• Embed with customers for the duration of contracts to ensure success and long-term value.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to voice customer needs and influence innovation.
