Job summary

Nozomi Networks in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Critical Accounts, drive adoption, and protect renewals. You will be the primary contact, work with product, sales, and engineering teams, and ensure value realization across the customer journey.

You bring 4+ years in customer success for technical products, strong communication, and the ability to present to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer success role supporting technical products.
• Experience onboarding customers and driving adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging with CxO and technical staff.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• IT and network security knowledge; OT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Critical Accounts.
• Own and drive the customer lifecycle – protect, nurture and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive revenue growth by demonstrating value realization and adoption metrics.
• Minimize churn through success plans and lifecycle management.
• Resolve customer requests, ensuring continuous improvement in experience.
• Analyze data to inform reporting and engagement strategies with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records for visibility across stakeholders.
• Be a reliable Nozomi brand ambassador and cross‑functional collaborator.
• Contribute to product design and educational materials for the department.
• Support in creating and updating tutorials and communications infrastructure.
