Job summary

Client of Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy seeks a Senior Manager Cyber Security in Riyadh to lead a critical security function, strengthening resilience across the organization and protecting assets. You will work with technology teams, business leaders and external partners to drive security outcomes.

The role combines strategic direction with hands-on oversight, embedding security into projects, cloud environments and third-party engagements while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Deep knowledge of security operations, risk governance, and incident response.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the cyber security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee security operations, threat monitoring, and incident response.
• Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management and security programs.
