Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CIS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation network systems.
• CCNA certification and Linux/Windows security basics.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer interface to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain technical competency in security and networking systems.
• Maintain knowledge in designated security/network disciplines.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
• Diagnose issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards: NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO 27001.
• Maintain cybersecurity certifications.
• Requires 30– 65% travel
