Job summary

Resquad AI is hiring an Account Executive for Saudi Arabia. You will own a Saudi enterprise and government account portfolio, driving the full sales cycle from outbound and inbound leads to signed contracts.

Location: Remote with in-person client meetings in Riyadh. You will report to the Commercial Director and work with the Saudi account lead and delivery team to land and expand accounts. Fluent Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record closing new business via cold outreach.
• Fluent in Arabic and English for executive presentations.
• Familiar with Saudi enterprise procurement and Saudization.

Responsibilities

• Build and own pipeline of Saudi enterprise, government, and scale-up accounts.
• Lead high-volume outbound activity (70+ dials/day) with logging in HubSpot.
• Run discovery calls and translate needs into delivery briefs.
• Present to CTOs and HR leaders in Arabic or English.
• Manage end-to-end commercial process: proposals, NDA, MSA, SOW.
• Support renewals and expansion post-signature.
