Job summary

THA by ARMONIA in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Director to lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale mega events. You will personally develop masterplans, zoning and visitor journeys, while guiding a large multidisciplinary team to deliver on schedule.

You will advise senior client leadership, integrating marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into a single coherent site plan, with a long-term 14–17 month contract and potential remote work.

Qualifications

• Senior Director with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Two complete delivery cycles of mega-events (mega-event, multi-venue).
• Venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts and visitor journeys produced personally.
• Stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers and players.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events.
• Head a large multidisciplinary planning team and act as client’s single point of accountability.
• Hands-on producing role: develop masterplans, zoning and visitor journeys.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies and benchmarks for optimal site solutions.
• Advise senior client leadership and integrate marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and ops requirements.
