Alpha Leadership Co. in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a Program Director to take single-point accountability for delivering a major development program, overseeing design through construction and handover.

You will lead governance, manage multi-billion SAR budgets, and ensure compliance with FIDIC and Saudi construction law, while coordinating across stakeholders and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mega-scale programs and fluency in Arabic and English; a Master’s/PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mega-scale program management, construction, or land development.
• Experience leading programs exceeding SAR 1 Billion.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management; Master’s/PMP preferred; fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsabilités

• Establish program roadmaps, decision rights, and performance baselines.
• Chair governance forums and advise executive leadership on major awards and strategic trade-offs.
• Direct planning and design through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover across infrastructure, utilities, and buildings.
• Manage master schedules, multi-billion SAR budgets, cash flow forecasts, and contract administration.
