Job summary

THA by ARMONIA is seeking a Sponsorship Integration Manager to deliver on-ground activations for a flagship Saudi festival calendar in Riyadh. This is a full‑time, 14‑month assignment embedded with the client’s festival programming team and requires mobilising quickly for events in 2026-27.

You will translate sponsor entitlements into activation concepts, manage delivery across site, brand and operations, and track progress from concept to delivery, with a remote planning phase and on-site

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sponsor activation planning or programming for large-scale live events or festivals at Manager level.
Experience across at least two live event seasons.
Proven track record of turning sponsor entitlements into activations on ground.

Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for integrating sponsor streams into the festival programme.
Turn sponsor entitlements into activation concepts with full detail (mechanics, throughput, space, staffing).
Track all deliverables, approvals, dependencies and open decisions from concept to delivery.
Ensure activations fit site layouts, brand guidelines and operational constraints.
Raise and manage sponsor space, design and build requests; assess impact of sponsor changes.
