Job summary

THA by ARMONIA in Riyadh is seeking a Venue Project Manager to lead a major, multi-venue entertainment program for a prominent client. You will own one venue from concept to close-out, coordinating design, build, F&B, guest experience, vendors and regulatory liaison.

This hands-on role requires senior judgment, the ability to produce a schedule and critical path, manage risks, and deliver readiness evidence.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience at Senior Manager level.
• Experience across at least two live event seasons.
• Proven record of personally leading a named venue or site end to end on an event of comparable scale.
• Experience leading a venue team and liaising with landlords, operators and authorities.
• Saudi venue and permitting familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned venue as a project from concept through build readiness to close-out.
• Act as the venue lead across planning, design, build, operational readiness and guest experience.
• Hold one integrated venue plan and personally produce the programme and critical path.
• Manage relationships with landlord, building operator and relevant authorities.
• Report venue status, risks, decisions due, and escalate with options and recommendations.
