Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Project Director to lead the full lifecycle delivery of major programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role drives strategy governance, stakeholder alignment, and multi-disciplinary execution across design, construction, and handover.

The candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and quality, while delivering executive dashboards to senior leadership in a PMC environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, PgMP are highly preferred.
Minimum 25 years of experience in large-scale construction and development projects.
Mandatory experience delivering major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Lead overall project strategy governance and execution from inception to completion.
Oversee planning design management construction delivery and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with project objectives contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Direct multidisciplinary teams including consultants and contractors to meet targets.
Provide executive-level reporting dashboards and progress updates to senior leadership.
Lead stakeholder engagement with authorities government entities and external partners.
Resolve escalated issues interface conflicts and delivery risks.
Maintain governance across commercial procurement and technical functions.
