Job summary

THA by ARMONIA in Riyadh seeks an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth across markets. You will find, win and manage new business, turning client needs into lasting partnerships and tailor‑made event solutions.

You will work closely with the CEO and creative team, leveraging an established network of senior C‑Suite contacts in Riyadh to open doors and create opportunities from day one. Knowledge of government procurement and Vision 2030 is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or commercial roles in events or brand experiences.
• Extensive, active connections with senior stakeholders in Riyadh government and private sector.
• Experience with government clients and knowledge of Saudi procurement is desirable.
• English/Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify new leads across corporate, semi-government and government sectors with a strong pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signature.
• Develop compelling proposals reflecting client objectives, budget and brand vision.
• Manage pitches with CEO and creative team, ensuring strategic and creative alignment.
• Turn client briefs into clear direction for internal teams and present capabilities to senior audiences.
• Research market trends in live events and brand experiences and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and seek repeat business and upselling.
• Represent the agency at industry events and raise Riyadh profile.
