Job summary

THA by ARMONIA in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Director to lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale mega events. You will personally develop masterplans, zoning and visitor journeys, while guiding a large multidisciplinary team to deliver on schedule.

You will advise senior client leadership, integrating marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into a single coherent site plan, with a long-term 14–17 month contract and potential remote work.

Qualifications

• Senior Director with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Two complete delivery cycles of mega-events (mega-event, multi-venue).
• Venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts and visitor journeys produced personally.
• Stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers and players.

Job description

1. Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. You’ll turn the client’s high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle, covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines.
2. Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team: allocating design, drafting and F&B planning work, keeping delivery on track, and acting as the client’s single point of accountability for performance and output.
3. This is a hands-on producing role. You’ll personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys, not just oversee them.
4. Runs needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarks against comparable global events to shape the best solution for each site.
5. Works as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into one coherent site plan.

• Senior Director grade, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience
• At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, Mega sporting event )
