Job summary

THA by ARMONIA seeks a Community and General Entertainment Integration Manager to lead festival programming in Riyadh for summer 2027 and November 2027. The role is full-time and exclusive, requiring hands-on calendar building, rotations and main stage programming.

You will partner with Masterplan, operations and crowd management to ensure safe, fresh, and audience-focused content across multiple weeks, balancing novelty with consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in entertainment, community or festival programming.
• Senior Manager level demonstrated in large-scale live events.
• Proven ability to produce multi-week programming calendars and rotations.

Responsibilities

• Program the festival's common areas, including main stage and entertainment.
• Plan community activities, fan zones, family and general entertainment.
• Develop multi-week programming calendars with rotations and exclusives.
• Provide operational requirements and workforce needs to planning teams.
• Coordinate with Masterplan, operations and crowd management for safe delivery.
• Maintain live programme change log and ensure alignment across workstreams.
