THA by ARMONIA, based in Riyadh, seeks a Director of Operations to own end-to-end project delivery, supplier ecosystem, production management and financial control at project level. This senior role requires building operational infrastructure, leading delivery teams, and ensuring safety, timeliness and target margins for every project.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the CEO and Leadership Team, drive playbooks and processes, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with Saudi

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in events, experiential or live production with large-scale GCC delivery.
• Experience on major national or international events is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering projects worth SAR 10M+ with full margin accountability.
• Extensive operational experience in Saudi Arabia including permits, Civil Defense, GEA requirements, and contractor landscape.
• Experience building and developing a delivery team in a start-up or growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the full project delivery lifecycle from kick-off to client sign-off.
• Lead Project Manager and Production Manager daily; set priorities and remove obstacles.
• Maintain formal kick-off, live project tracker, weekly check-ins and closure process for every project.
• Build and continuously improve the operations playbook, templates and checklists.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, performance reviews and preferred terms.
