Job summary

PULSE MENA is seeking a fully remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, navigate our products, and ensure a positive experience with the company. You will work across phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure, documents interactions in the CRM, and collaborates with sales, billing, and operations to resolve issues promptly while upholding customer-first

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or related roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, orders, and billing.
• Listen carefully to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department with necessary details.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, billing, and operations to resolve issues.
