PULSE MENA is seeking a reliable Data Entry Administrative professional for a remote role. You will accurately enter, update, and organize information across various digital systems to support internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or administrative support.
• Strong keyboarding and data-entry speed.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other platforms.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry.
• Update existing records and keep information current.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and duplicates.
• Organize digital files, documents, and records.
• Maintain electronic records per procedures.
• Perform data checks and quality-control reviews.
• Retrieve information from databases as requested by management.
• Assist with data cleanup, formatting, and verification.
• Support administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
