PULSE MENA is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving questions and guiding them through our products and services with a friendly, professional approach.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and manages multiple inquiries efficiently while collaborating with sales, billing, and technical teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, policies, orders, accounts, and billing.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Document interactions in the CRM and monitor tickets within SLA.
